Well-boring

Installation of drilling waste
The unique setting of drilling waste on Asia Neft Torg field can effectively solve the problem of disposal of drill cuttings on the coast of the Gulf of Ob, and provides significant environmental and economic benefits resulting from the reuse of drilling mud oil-based.
Production wells
Diameter production casing wells Asia Neft Torg field reaches 245 mm and the length of the horizontal section of the wellbore is greater than 1000 meters, which allows to obtain yields of up to 4.5 million cubic meters per day. Using a large diameter horizontal wells and multilateral horizontal wells to reduce the total number of wells and to minimize capital investments.
Turbine Expanders
Turbine expanders used in Asia Neft Torg field, can improve the efficiency of gas treatment by significantly reducing electricity consumption in full compliance with the quality requirements of commercial gas.
Production of Methanol
Methanol - an important element in the process of production of gas and condensate, to prevent the formation of hydrates. Unique plant for the production of methanol on Asia Neft Torg field will completely abandon the purchase of methanol, resulting in lower production costs and minimize environmental risks.
Alternative Energy
Solar panels and wind turbines generate electricity to power the remote control system valve stations and condensate "Asia Neft Torg field - Purovsky Plant." Their use is possible to abandon the construction of expensive high voltage power lines along the road and reduce the time of construction.
Installation of LPG Drying
Setting drying LPG used for Purovsky Plant is unique in Russia and allows to bring the quality of the LPG to meet the highest international standards, including that allows us to deliver the product to the international market.
The system clock filling SGk
Asia Neft Torg for the first time in Kazakhstan introduced a system clock loading of stable gas condensate produced at Purovsky Plant in railway tanks. The system clock filling allows the shipment of products in a shorter than systems gallery type timeline and minimize environmental risks.
